My Fam is doing it too, but Ben pooped out after the second day and by the 4th day I changed to just jumping jacks. :) Yes, wimpy, I know, but I do NOT want to build any muscles right now. So, I am just doing the jumping jacks, and very okay with it. My kids are amazing, but this week 3, doing 60 of everything, is getting tough. Especially for my older kids who are in knee and ankle braces. lol

Hello Family! Some of you are doing the 5/100 Challenge with us. We just started yesterday so it's not too late to join us.
We are timing ourselves on Monday and Friday to see improvement.
